We leave Warm Springs and head to Security Bay. There are lots of logs everywhere, but calm seas and calm weather. Lots of fog and swells, but overall nice traveling. We anchor in Saginaw (Skanex Bay) depending on what map is being used. There were lots of sea otters by every Island. I have never seen so many it’s amazing. Really wanted to get some good video of it, but we were going towards an anchorage so didn't get any decent video as it was too far away. We move to Hamilton Bay and Anchor there. It is a great spot for amazing sunsets, Seals, and birds. Not sure, but it seems like I saw a wolf out of the corner of my eye here and lots of Black bear spotted as well as sea otters. We head to Portage Bay passing a small pod of Orcas and see Humpback whales, Sea Otters, Loons, and Birds. We anchored there for part of the day, but ended up pulling anchor after hearing of another storm coming in. We left for Petersburg at 4:30pm and docked in Petersburg by 7:30pm. We stayed in town 8 days this time to clean the boat, do laundry, watch the parade and enjoyed the Norway Festival with friends. Then we aired out the boat and replaced the starboard vents and vent hose, and prepped the boat for company. Alise and Jordan went to a new beach and we enjoyed checking it out. Austin has a broken tooth and we do a dock haircut. Jordan cleaned the deck and stainless and Austin fixed the Galley hose to Bilge. We provisioned and got ready for our nephew Stan’s visit.
