Gelatin powder: 15 g
Brown sugar: 50 g
How to make douhua:
1.Sprinkle gelatin over the instructed amount of water and let it bloom (follow instructions on the package).
2.Warm 400 ml of soy milk to about 80°C (do not boil), then add the bloomed gelatin and mix well.
3.Add sugar and stir until dissolved.
4.Add the remaining soy milk and pour into containers.
5.Once cooled to room temperature, chill in the fridge until set.
6.Top with your favorite toppings once set.
