As a frequent traveler, it’s little steps like these that elevate a hotel to beloved status. The @broadviewhotel in #toronto #canada got added to my list of favorites because of this personalized gesture. There was a handwritten note beside a bottle of wine with two wine glasses upon my check in. The gift was a nice gesture. But, I was most impressed with the personalized note also acknowledging my @expedia VIP membership status as I had booked my room through the app.
