【Ramen restaurant I went to】

【Ingredients】

◻︎Aglio olio Peperoncino
Pasta: 200g (this time it's Mama's 1.4mm)
Garlic: 4 cloves
Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
Red pepper: 1 pepper
Water: 580cc
Consommé: 2 teaspoons
Salt: about 3 pinches

◻︎Sweet and spicy potato stew
1 bag (500 g) new potatoes (small)
200 g meat
1 piece of ginger, cut into thin strips
2 t oil
1 cup water
3 T sake
2 T mirin (sweet cooking sake)
1 T sugar
2 1/2 T soy sauce
2 small green onions, cut into small pieces

◻︎Chawanmushi (serves 4)
Eggs: 2
White dashi stock: 30ml (2 tablespoons)
Water: 360ml
