Kauffman Scholars: Reflecting on the path to student success

Kauffman Scholars staff and graduates reflect on the success and learnings of the Kauffman Scholars, Inc., (KSI) program. The program, which offered college scholarships, academic tutoring, and mentoring to students starting in seventh grade, was a 20-year postsecondary access, persistence, completion, and scholarship program designed to help urban students in Kansas City prepare for and earn a postsecondary credential, diversifying the local career-professional pipeline.
