Level 1 starts off with a basic squat, but as the levels increase, so does the difficulty of the squats. You'll jump, spin, and even do one-legged squats. It'll be a challenge for even some of you experienced gym rats!
If you don't succeed at first, work on the level you're stuck on and don't give up! I struggled with some of these when I first tried them, but now I can do them! It's possible if you try hard and be perseverant.
