🔔 Sweet potato side dish. (1T = rice spoon)
350g sweet potato, 1 Cheongyang red pepper, 1 Cheongyang red pepper, ⅓T (3g) minced garlic, 2T chili oil, 2T soy sauce, 2T vinegar, ½T (3g) cane sugar, ¼T salt, 1T sesame oil.

1. Chop sweet potatoes, Cheongyang peppers, and Cheongyang red peppers.
2. Soak the sweet potatoes in water for 10 minutes. Rinse with water after 10 minutes.
3. Add sweet potatoes to boiling water and blanch for 30 seconds.
4. After 30 seconds, add Cheongyang red pepper and Cheongyang red pepper and immediately rinse in cold water.
5. Mix sweet potatoes, 1/3T (3g) minced garlic, 2T chili oil, 2T soy sauce, 2T vinegar, 1/2T (3g) cane sugar, 1/4T salt, and 1T sesame oil.
