Deputy Raluca Kovacs - Social rents plan to reduce rental stress for tenants

Deputy Raluca Kovacs is proposing that the Minister for Housing revise housing rental policy to ensure that, from January 2027, social housing rents are set at a rate that does not put tenants in rental stress. It requests that a policy is presented to the Assembly for approval by January 2026.
