How to use this Pomodoro video:
1. Spend the first 10 minutes to tidy up your workspace, grab a snack and a drink, plan your session. I'd advise to have a maximum of two big tasks or 4-5 small tasks. Break them down into tiny steps on paper, so it would be clear what you'll be working on. ๐ The first 10 minutes are here for preparation and clarity! ๐ช
2. When you hear a gong sound - it's focus time!
3. During breaks it's up to you what you choose to do. However, I'd advise standing up and moving around (maybe a lil' stretch?), fill up your water bottle and take a deep breath. We don't want you to get stressed - you deserve a break! Thereโs a longer break after two hours, so you donโt get overworked.
3. After the session - it's time to celebrate. Take this time to congratulate yourself and admire what you've accomplished. ๐ You can also spend some of this time putting things away, and setting intentions for the rest of your day. Enjoy! You've got this! โก
