Your body is a tension base system. Your fascia interconnects everything. It is highly innervated and is able, to a certain extend, to contract.
Learning how to train your fascia, in symbiose with the other structures will evolve the way you perceive and execute movement.
Step 1. Find an area of tension
Step 2. Breathe in a controlled and purposeful manner
Step 3. Use gravity and/or muscle tension of move around the tense feeling created.
Step 4. Follow your feeling and flow through it.
