Leading with Vulnerability: A Path to Growth

You lean into it and lead vulnerably by saying, hey, I want you to know, right? If you hear from me, I don't think I know it all. I don't think that I'm holier than thou, but I aspire to be better because Jesus set the standard. If I had come across that, I am sorry. I know it hurts. I know sometimes it looks like I'm condemning you. I will swallow that. I will own that. And leading like Jesus for me, I said, you know what? I used to be the guy who would say, no, I'm not. I would defend it. They used to call me Hulk in the boardroom and then Bruce Banner would come back. And so like, I'm just curious on your thoughts on that.
