Macomb celebrates first year of Macombopoly with new Chamber of Commerce partnership

Full Story: The city of Macomb is celebrating one year of Macombopoly on Friday with a new partnership. Friday marked one year since the board game Monopoly came to life on the Macomb Square. The creator of The Landlord’s Game, Lizzie Magie, was born in Macomb in 1866. The Landlord’s Game later became what is now known as Monopoly.
