In today’s video, I go over some basics to help you get started with shooting film. Since there are plenty of videos online when it comes to this topic already, I thought I’d summarize it down to three basics.
The first part of this video is me talking about the basics. The 2nd part of this video, is taking what we learned and applying it to real world use. For this part, I met up with Roman Fox in Tokyo. Roman is a very talented photographer. However, he has never shot film before. I gave him a crash course on film photography (same as what was covered in the beginning of this video) and off he went shooting his first ever roll of film. Roman also shares some insights on what he looks for with his photos.
