Tips for inverting on a spinning pole

Here is one of many tips for inverting (forward) on a spinning pole!

When on a spin pole, there are two forces - gravity and centripetalforce. If you learn how to use the momentum to get on the centripetalforce, it makes the invert so much easier!

Also please don’t mind my editing skill - The arrows look bad but I did my best to explain the circle 😅.
