It was a distinct pleasure and honor for us to introduce the Deputy Chief of Mission Manuel Micaller,
Mr. Micaller is a career member of the U.S. Foreign Service, rank of Minister- Counselor.
He assumed duties as the Deputy Chief of Mission at the U.S. Embassy Kathmandu, Nepal in August 2019.
Here in this session, Mr. Micaller shed light on US Nepal relations, Life of a diplomat- Challenges and Greatest achievements,
climate change. Also, we discussed about Covid-19 and vaccines, human rights and many more
