U.S. To Phase Out Eight Petroleum-Based Food Dyes Over Two Years, Expanding On Previous FDA Ban

Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and the Trump administration have announced plans to phase out eight petroleum-based synthetic food dyes over the next two years, but the ban is not immediate and details are still being finalized.
