The French playlist “March” was well received, so I’ve boldly continued using my self-taught French to search for Canadian French poems worth revisiting a century later. Though I can’t manage full collections, I’m grateful to have found three curated anthologies I can handle. This time, I chose “Ne M’oubliez Pas” by Benjamin Sulte as a follow-up to “March”. While “March” explores the comfort of remembering, this piece speaks of the comfort of being remembered. Perhaps you, too, often recall certain people or moments — may you be someone who is remembered. As long as memory lives in someone’s mind, people and moments may live on in eternity.
