🔟 Push Up Cadence: 1 Set x 10 Reps

Let’s do a set of 10 more push ups together. Push-ups are a great chest exercise you can do at home, or as you can see almost anywhere. Just follow along with this basic push-up cadence each time you work out.

If you’re still new to push-ups and you want to learn how to do push-ups correctly, here’s a step-by-step guide on how to do push-ups for beginners:

1. Start in a plank position: Hands shoulder-width apart, feet in a stable position, and body in a straight line from head to heels.
2. Lower your body: Bend your elbows, keeping them close to your body, and lower your chest to the floor.
3. Push back up: Straighten your arms to return to the starting position.
