The Eviction Process: The Fourth Time Is The Charm

Tenant facing eviction files bankruptcy for the fourth time. An automatic stay is issued on the first bankruptcy which lasts until the bankruptcy is dismissed. A second bankruptcy receives a 30 day stay. After that any additional bankruptcies, the defendant must petition the court for a stay.
