Huge pufferfish deflating

I set up a LOWTECH 37 gallon aquarium a few years ago. The tank was ran off two HOB filters and did splendidly! I had a bunch of coral in the tank and many extremely exotic fish. This tank was so easily maintained! I can’t wait to set it back up again. I wanted to remind you all that it’s possible to have a lowtech aquarium with corals.
