How I got diagnosed with DID / Dissociative Identity Disorder

Hello, my name is L and I am the host alter of a DID system called the Mage System. This is how I got diagnosed with DID / dissociative identity disorder. I made the video about how I figured out I had DID almost 3 years ago, and to honor that, I filmed this in the same garage I filmed that video in lol. How I found out I had DID is a very different story from how I got my DID diagnosis. Also, unrelated kind of, but I think it's interesting and goes to show how arbitrary the difference between OSDD-1b and DID is that I got a DID dx instead of an OSDD diagnosis even though I fit the description (I think) of an OSDD system. (I have a whole video on this called OSDD-1 is just DID.) But yeah, the story of how I discovered I had DID and how I got diagnosed really show why I am so into dispelling the stigma around being a system, self-diagnosis, and mental disorders in general.
