Worcester city councilor faces charges after chaotic ICE arrest

Etel Haxhiaj, who represents District 5 on the Worcester City Council, was seen on Worcester Police Department body camera footage, as officers tried to control a crowd around the ICE arrest on Eureka Street last month.
