Ingredients, 6-8 servings:
1 package spaghetti
1/2 lb ground beef
5 Pure Foods Tender Juicy Hotdogs, thinly sliced
1 bottle UFC banana sauce (banana ketchup)
1/2 onion, diced
1/2 carrot, diced
1/2 red bell pepper, diced
1 1/2 tbsp tomato paste (we used a bit too much in this video, but it was still good)
1 tbsp minced garlic
2 tbsp unsalted butter, separated
1 tbsp sweet relish
8 oz sharp cheddar, grated (recommend finely, use the small holes)
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp oil
Salt to taste
Directions:
1. Cook spaghetti to directions in salt and oil. Drain and set aside.
2. In a saucepan, heat oil and add 1 tbsp butter and garlic. Cook until fragrant, 1-2 minutes.
3. Add onions and carrots. Sauté until softened.
4. Add bell peppers, ground beef, fish sauce, and tomato paste. Cook until beef is almost cooked through.
5. Add hot dogs and sauté for 1 minute.
6. Add banana sauce, relish, salt and a large handful of cheese.
7. Mix in cooked spaghetti and remaining tbsp of butter.
8. Serve with a sprinkle of cheese on top and ENJOY!
