Can I beat Pokemon using only PURPLE Pokemon?

I love the color Purple..so why not see if Can I beat Pokemon Fire Red using only PURPLE Pokemon?


Rules:
I can only catch the first Purple Pokémon on each route
No healing items in battle
Set battle mode
No over levelling
