फिल्म की कहानी इंस्पेक्टर विजय के साथ शुरू होती है, जिसकी नजर गरीब बिंदिया पर जाती है। बिंदिया बेकसूरों के लिए लड़ाई लड़ती है और जल्दी ही विक्रम को पता चलता है, कि बिंदिया उसकी बिछड़ी हुई बहन है। इसी के साथ श्याम बिंदिया को पैसे देकर उसकी बीवी बनने का काम देता है, जिसके बाद कहानी में मोड़ आना शुरू होता है।
