Can You Beat Genshin Impact Using NO Artifacts?!

Artifacts are one of the most important things in Genshin Impact. You need artifacts on your characters to deal any kind of passable damage... or do you? This is definitely the dumbest idea I've had.
Rules:
I cannot use any artifact on my characters at any point.
Any trial characters that have artifacts are not allowed.
I cannot use buffing foods.
