150g tofu
1 whole wheat tortilla
50g green onion
1/2 onion
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp minced garlic
3 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp allulose
1/2 tbsp gochujang
1/2 tbsp soy sauce
a dash of pepper
3 slices cheddar cheese
Parsley powder (optional)
🌮Recipe
1. Stir-fry olive oil, minced garlic, and minced green onion in a pan.
2. Cut chicken breast into small squares and stir-fry.
3. Mash tofu to remove moisture. 4. Stir-fry 3 tablespoons of ketchup, 1/2 tablespoon of gochujang, 1 tablespoon of allulose, 1/2 tablespoon of soy sauce, and pepper.
5. Chop the onion and stir-fry to add sweetness.
6. Place the stir-fried chicken breast on the tortilla, top with cheese, and fold in half.
