The Build-Up: Episode 9

In episode nine of “The Build-Up” we see Rhys back at Next Generation I.M.M.A Ballymena for another day of sparring. This time with fellow Cage Warriors welterweight, James Sheehan who travelled from Dublin, with some of his Team Ryano teammates for the session. James also featured on the Cage Warriors Belfast card, and scored an impressive second round stoppage victory.
