@robbellphoto

Worth a huge thanks and a mention sir! followed and restored a classic Ipod with literally all of the music I could ever wish for. Saying goodbye to Spotify ;-)

@augie0586

Fellas, ngl I got pretty choofed right before I decided to embark on the journey of swapping the battery in my 20 year old iPod, but you guys steered me through it like veteren seamen. Spun a Rooney track first thing to welcome the little musicbox back to life too. Big thanks πŸ™

@tarekLackey

Hey thanks for the video 😊

@GarysguffReloaded

You should do the 5th gen nano next

@abbylangner9325

Thank you so much for this!! Do you think we will get faceplate and back plate customization options for this gen and gen 5 like we do for 6 and 7s?

@TechFi-te3ik

Fantastic video and great description with all the details, thank you!

@nfterestt

Thanks for this vid. Do you have any advice (or places where you wrote/made vids about syncing music?) Should one use an old laptop? I ask because mine was working fine and then when I when to add music it worked once but the 2nd time it totally died - like some process sucked the battery life out or something. Made me wonder if I should find an old school mac to rip CDs from etc...thanks for the vids!

@djlumi4863

Think you could do a guide on fitting the 2000 mAh extended battery you guys sell?

@adetoye50

Thanks so very much

@thomasulrich3107

Great tutorial. Question: my 4th gen mono keeps pausing on it's own. When it's in the car sometimes the cable wiggles and pauses the music, I have no idea why. When you try to do it on purpose it doesn't happen. I wonder why that happens, it's certainly the cable because when someone enters the car and steps on the cable that happens very consistently.

@ericjoseph5063

Very impressive tutorial. Thank you. I have just found my old iPod Photo that contains many valuable pics, but I find myself in that deadly loop of on/off due to the battery drainage. If I replace the battery, will I lose the data? Or would you suggest finding a 30 Pin to firewire cable?

@coldacre

doing the Lord's work. magnificent!

@Umiiiidgaf

can you link the double sided adhesive?

@ErikHendershot

Do you need to calibrate the battery after install? I just did mine and for some reason my brain is telling me that back in the day we used to calibrate the battery after an install...

@Arcane_Revenant

I purchased your 3,000 mah battery for my Ipod Photo. Do I have to solder my own connector to it? It looks like it has a flat cable, not ketchup and mustard cables on it.

What kind of cord did you use to put music on?
