Another few 17:44 q minutes.and I arrived at my dentist.office wjhere I received immediate attention while waiting for the ambulance. Long story short another ten minutes and.I arrived at the hospital straight to surgery.where two vessels were unclogged. I am 82 years now and doing well. Thank The Lord!!!

Wow all the people in here saying they are alone. I pray for you all as a whole.
If 17 minutes helps to save a life, it's a blessing!!
As someone creating senior health content myself, this is a must-watch. Most people don't realize that recognizing early heart attack symptoms can literally save your life after 60.
My fire department supplied a lock box with a key in the outside wall next to my back door at no chg. I am 83 and live alone. CALL them now, they are our gaurdian angels!
This is something every senior should watch—not out of fear, but out of wisdom. Knowing how to respond in those first few minutes can mean the difference between survival and tragedy. Thank you for sharing these life-saving tips in such a calm and respectful way. It’s never too late to prepare, and this video may truly save lives.
Had one nine years ago.Walked around with it for a couple of days! Fortunately still here!!!
I was struck while grocery shopping. I started to get hot and sweaty, lower crushing back pain and became nauseous. I stayed calm and realised that I breathed out but not in. I consciously focused on my breathing and breathed out. I sat on the floor and a staff member called for an ambulance. I felt like vomiting , the staff gave me a bin. My stomach was empty, I heaved and threw up. Sitting up or laying on your side can save you from choking. I live alone, have pulmonary hypertension. Thank you for the extra advice on taking aspirin.
I am 80 years old with some heart issues….thanks I am learning from you..very good.
I had no idea about the emergency medical ID on my phone. I just set it up thanks to this video. That alone makes this video worth it.
My dad passed away from a heart attack alone at 75. This video hit home. I shared it with all my senior friends and printed the steps to keep on my fridge. Thank you for spreading awareness—it really could save someone’s life. ❤
An ex -coworker was sick at work. Everyone offered to drive her, and although she was in pain she felt she could drive herself. Unfortunately as she was driving she had a heart attack on the way and died. So sad, so thank you this is great info. Thank you!!
