Fez is probably the nicest man I’ve ever seen. His job contrast his personality, saying to never judge a book by its cover. People who don’t know him well might say he’s a drug dealer and nothing more but he’s actually really nice and more than just a dealer.

I honestly thought the green sweater in S2 Ep1 was a call back to Romeo and Juliet 1968, especially when you compare Lexi and Fez's outfits to the movie's scene of the lovers first meeting. And when Fez removes his sweater the romance is interrupted and his demeanor shifts.
