I've lost 100 lbs in one year  and started walking only 1.5 miles  every morning at a 3.5 mph pace and BP went from avg. of 140/96 to 118/76 and I'm still  about 50lb overweight. Can't stress how much diet and exercise has helped me.

I walk daily and go to aquatics 5 times a week ,I had gained 25 lbs seemed like overnight have been on bp pill since I was expecting 27 years I’ve been on meds ever since but last few weeks my bp is running at 158/98 and sometimes even up to 170/101 😬any advice I’m so nervous not even sure I should walk

Im 17 and on pills for blood presure what exercies would tou prefer maybe i can change so i dont ever have to take pills again

Ridiculous. I like Peter's approach to personal health in general, but slim people don't have HBP?
