It’s so nice to see compassionate comments here instead of the usual “don’t ‘they’ wash their faces” or even after watching a blade needed to extract even the smallest blackheads “why don’t they pop them themselves?”. If the pimple is deep under the skin why do you think that putting your nail right next to the hole and half closing it will make them come out? Use two hands or at least press deeper and further away from the hole with your nail.

I just wonder a couple of things…1. Is it necessary to cut into each and every clogged pores as it seems like some would just erupt with a little pressure (less scarring)? and 2. Is there any pre-treatment before extraction? Thinking of cleansing, exfoliation, steaming, masking …
