Matthew, I was talking about this with a woman on YT. Her's was a medical malpractice suit. She lives in the same State that I do, Oklahoma. I never met her in person. Her story wasn't so strange but being asked more about it, well... According to her, the limitations for a Medical of 10 years was up by the time another Doctor found out what had happened. So could she have filled a Civil Suit? If what she was saying was true.
