This honestly is how I envisioned Sonic as a kid. He's cocky and arrogant, but also caring and has a good heart. Plus he has super speed to boot. Almost like a speedy Bugs Bunny.

The people who made Looney Toons had a grasp on raw slapstick comedy that is so rare and difficult to create. I honestly feel like the TerminalMontage videos like this hit in the same way as that does, but in their own way. Particularly, attention to detail with the audio and the timing on gags is just hilarious. Ty for the work you do.

i think the depiction of sonic's speed is really underappreciated in this. while i know it's probably for comedic effect, there's just something about the way sonic just fucking NYOOMS through every level in mere seconds. it really emphasizes the fact that sonic is the fastest thing alive
