Procrastinate is a mental habit.
1. Don't be afraid of procrastination because we can stop it.
2. If a person is energetic (take action), mindful (be aware), does what is right (possess integrity), control his desire (give up sensual desire), fame and wealth will develop.
3. Make to-do-list realistic and achievable.
4. Ask someone to review results at the end of the day
5. Change your mindset, don't label yourself as procrastinator
6. By procrastinating your work, you are also procrastinating your happiness

I've watched a number of videos about procrastination. But this one has moved me in the most positive way. I'm a veteran and I recall pushing myself to complete numerous arduous tasks, even after my motivation was depleted. Lately, I've been sullen and stagnant. I racked my brain to understand what pushed me in the past. Your words reminded me that I'm delaying my own happiness and peace of mind when I procrastinate. The relief of a job done frees me to enjoy myself without guilt or worry. I'd forgotten that small detail. It's made a huge impact on me. Thank you so much.
