They must and had to respect the public space if they and other would come to see the same movie. I understand being so hype from that one line but there are no excuses to violate the rule, disturb other people privacy, throwing stuffs all over the place and destroy public property. Hope that these incidents will teach them very good lessons to learn and behave better
