Spend $700 for very minumum upgrade. Plus $80 to buy the disc and $30 to get the vertical stand because the horizontal stand is total crap. At that point. Might as well invest in a gaming PC to get the performance you want.

After being on my ps4 for the past 7½ years, i finally went & got the ps5 pro from Walmart the other day for $699, came out to $751 & change with tax. I ordered & am waiting on my Samsung odyssey 180hz monitor to come in the mail before i even hook it up. Hopefully not having the ps5 previous to the pro, will be a great upgrade from my old ps4 slim on a big slow tv. 🙄😭

Yeah, no thanks. I’m sticking to my regular PS5 I got for Christmas back in 2022 thank you very much. I’m not crazy about ultra high performance, I only care about performance that’s good enough. That’s why I bought an F15 laptop and a Steam Deck besides my PS5 in the past as they weren’t ultra performance devices but good enough according to my standards. More so affordable than anything else.

I notice a big difference in most games but I also am just kinda nit picky and always have a frame counter up and want maxed settings. Also had no console when purchased.

I honestly think the PS5 Pro will make all the difference this year and beyond. This is the only reason for me buying one. Games like GTA 6 will look amazing on the Pro
