My dad left this earth on a Sunday morning in 2018, it was strange that this particular Sunday morning was so sunny and bright for December. This song reminds me of that day, I miss you dad, I love you and I know you paid your dues to make it. Until we meet again, I'm easy like Sunday morning.😇

My mom used to blast this at 11.00 and drink her wine and yell sing it. Huge part of my childhood

I left my parents house the day I got married and was going to move out. I was finally flying away from the nest; with my wife next to me. My brother played this song loud on the speakers inside the house; tears came running down my eyes - and the eyes of my parents and my brother. It was in their arms when I felt the happiest feeling - ever. The Hardest moment I ever had to gulp down. It wasn't goodbye - it was a see ya later.

This is my ALL time favorite song in the world. This song has carried me through every stage of my life, even addiction.
To myself I say "girl I'm leaving you tomorrow"
My commitment to not live one more day in addiction.
There are a hundred more stories this song has carried me through.
Thank you Lionel for this life giving song
I'm Easy Like Sunday Morning and free!!!!

Had a stressful day, came home finally, and this song started playing in my head. Where would we be without music sometimes

This song kills me every time I listen to it. My uncle passed away in July 2018, and today is his birthday. As a child, I remember one time I walked into his house and this song was blasting from his record room, next to the kitchen. He would have been 69 today.... Rip Uncle Al, I love you and miss you so much.

When you did what you can to resolve a relationship, and one is still not happy, it may just be time to move on, and when you really reach a place of self awareness, intentional living, and love, it becomes pretty easy. There is a resolve and a freedom in reaching that point. Easy like Sunday morning just seems appropriate to me.

This song takes me back in time every time I hear it. The love of my life, Jack, was in the Navy. He used to always say...”I’m easy”. The first time I heard this song was day before he shipped out on a 9month westpac cruise. 40+ years ago. Love you Jack....Still
