@KacperL.

I wish I could sit next to this knight on this beach with this music playing. We would suffer together thinking about all the mistakes and missed opportunities in our lives.

I keep getting these videos recommended to me at night while I’m doom scrolling trying to fall asleep. It’s like a little checkpoint from the algorithm reminding me to slow down and bask in the embrace of peace. I hope you all find some sort of peace and rest in this loud world.

@JoseAndrada-ku8ml

@ShublerRain

Let the ocean heal you. The rhythmic sound of waves crashing on the shore can be incredibly calming and restorative, helping to reduce stress and promote relaxation. Whether through listening to ocean sounds or spending time by the sea, the natural beauty and tranquility of the ocean can have profound healing effects on the mind and body.

@-rage-blackout9145

let the ocean hug you ❤

@nappyboii91

Life after thousands of battles after thousands of loss after pushing through this pain and not surrendering allow me to feel weak, allow me to feel hopelessness, allow me to dim my light. Don’t punish me for this. That I can’t keep going no more

@minimonster2319

You will be ok. I know it's so extremely difficult and feels like the waves are crashing against you, but it will be ok. Try to find peace in the way the currents push and pull you; the small things are what count - the sound of birds, the feeling of a warm shower, the sunset and sunrise, the smell of tea/coffee in the morning, the sound of your favorite cartoon playing, etc. By all means, allow yourself to feel the difficult emotions, but be sure that the tears you shed do not drown you. The storm shall soon pass, and you'll feel the sun shine on you again. ❤❤❤

@Mandarina8314

Dear warrior: lay down, rest your body and soul...and listen carefully to the sounds of the ocean...do you hear it?...the constant waves coming up and down in the sand?...the wind that blows the water so it creates the waves?...it´s all connected...and because of that connection, the ocean exists...and in any time, it can turn into a tsunami or a storm...that´s also what happens inside of our hearts and minds, that´s why we must listen to them carefully...and make the storms and tsunamis in the correct situation, and let the waves of emotions exist.

By the shore, where the sea meets the land,
A knight stood alone, his sword in hand,
The waves whispered secrets, ancient and cold,
But his heart was heavy, burdened and old.

The sky was dark, with clouds so gray,
The sun had faded, lost to the day,
And the wind, it howled, a mournful tune,
As the knight stared out, beneath the moon.

His armor, once bright, now tarnished with time,
Had seen countless battles, in lands far and wide,
But here, by the sea, he felt so small,
A man lost in thought, at the edge of it all.

The waves crashed hard, against the jagged shore,
Each one a memory, a scar, a score,
Of lives he'd taken, in honor's name,
But now, in silence, he felt only shame.

He thought of the faces, the cries, the pleas,
Of those who had fallen, brought to their knees,
And the weight of their ghosts, they haunted his mind,
As he sought for redemption, but none could he find.

The sea was vast, an endless void,
A mirror of his soul, so deeply destroyed,
For in his quest for glory, for a crown of gold,
He had lost himself, in the lies he was told.

His heart was hollow, his spirit broken,
Every word of comfort, now left unspoken,
For who could heal a wound so deep,
When all that he loved was lost in the deep?

He knelt by the water, his head bowed low,
As the tears fell freely, in the ebb and flow,
The salt of the sea, mixed with his pain,
As he sought forgiveness, but it came in vain.

The waves, they mocked, with a cruel refrain,
Of the dreams he'd shattered, the lives he'd slain,
And the knight, in his sorrow, knew no peace,
For the war within him would never cease.

The stars above, so distant and cold,
Offered no comfort, no stories told,
Of a hero's return, of a battle won,
Only the silence, when all was done.

He longed for rest, for an end to the fight,
But the shadows clung tight, in the dead of night,
And the sea, it called, with a voice so low,
To join its depths, to let it all go.

With a heavy heart, he rose once more,
And walked to the edge of the desolate shore,
The waves reached out, like hands of fate,
To pull him under, to seal his fate.

And there, beneath the moon's pale light,
The knight disappeared, swallowed by night,
His story ended, his battle done,
Lost to the sea, where the sorrow had begun.

The shore was silent, the waves at rest,
As the sea claimed its own, in a final test,
And the knight, once proud, was now no more,
A soul adrift, on a forgotten shore.
