Answered to the point๐Ÿ‘

@Prevention_isthekey

Your answers are always unnecessarily lengthy. Recruiters do not even let us speak for more than 4-5 words sometimes. They also donโ€™t seem conversational and genuine.

Hi mam in my last interview The interviewer asked me why you are leaving your job so soon can you please tell me what I should have to answer this question please make a video on this topic

@johnanandappally

Absolutely wrong, because if a woman is pregnant or planning for a pregnancy in nearby future (if she gets selected), she would go for maternity leave and even can take an extension after their leave. Then what's the point of hiring?! Especially for an immediate requirement. I even came across an instance where a woman didn't disclose she is pregnant during the interview and took maternity leave after 2 months of joining and she came back after 8 months. So just be honest , atleast if you are planning for one. Otherwise, the firm, the team, even the Manager you are tagged to will suffer a lot.
