Andrew I just want to express my gratitude to you. There was a point where I got depressed and experienced complete demoralization with myself. I couldn’t bear to listen to any kind of music (when it used to bring me a lot of joy) for a whole month because it made me even sadder for some reason. So instead I substituted with your podcasts. I listened to you every single day and night, the amount of knowledge and tools that I have gained and from what you shared are so incredible. It really did help me get through my days. I love your psychology podcasts especially. So from the bottom of my heart, thank you! (I hope you’ll read this)
I spent years battling depression, thinking there was no real way out. I tried everything — therapy, meds, videos like this (which do help) — but nothing truly resonated. Then I came across a book called A Mind Made of Storms. I know this might sound like a plug, but I swear, this isn’t any kind of ad — just a heartfelt recommendation from someone who almost gave up. That book didn’t cure me, but it made me feel understood in a way I never had before. If you’re in a dark place, please give it a shot. Sometimes, the right words can reach you when nothing else can.
As a therapist, I have incorporated the "physiological sigh" into my practice and much of the information from Huberman Labs into psychoeducation. Thank you so much for your work.
This should be compulsory listening for all 8 billion of us! Thank you, Dr. Huberman ❤
I’ve been doing Wil Hof breathing for 2 years straight and it has genuinely changed my life. I am 21 years old and this tool primed my system daily to preform way better in a full time union laborer job, weightlifting and my cardio activities. This is a must try for low motivated individuals to give you a huge daily burst. Please just try it!
I'm a dopamine addict and I'm starting to take care of myself and I'm documenting it on my channel. Thanks for your inspiration Andrew!
Perfect timing. I just lost my mother this morning and need a full toolbox of stress management. Thank you.
Absolutely life changing contents. I am shortsighted and have always wonder why when removing the glasses I always feel calmer. Now I have realized its because without glasses, everything is blurry and its harder to have a focus point (my field of vision is widened). This also explains why using screen especially small screen is stressful because the content is tiny and you always have to focus your vision.
Thank you for the Melatonin info. I took it for a bit and noticed I would fall asleep then an hour or so later I pop right up, wide awake.🙏💪🏽

You’ve made it clear: change is not just possible, it’s inevitable with the right steps. Grateful for this guidance!
I'm Korean. I am not good at English, but I try to understand. Good content.
Thank you for your effort to teach people manage stress, it's incredibly important! And separately, thank you for your legible English. You speak about breath technics, that's great. I learned that and the same techniques by my yoga teacher as pranayama. Also I learned "Ujai breathing", singing of "Aum", and for example "vacuum" exercises with belly. Now, after understanding how parasympathetic works, I think all these exercises are targeting on make parasympathetic system stronger. Surgeons use Vacuum-system to enforce regeneration of big chronic wounds, the same principles are here: vacuum make vasa vasorum more powerful and nervou's functioning better. I think yoga is great, and neuroscience as well ✌️
Thank you very much for what you're doing. Last year I slept very badly and then I watched your episode about sleep, and now I go to bed and wake up at the same time almost every day.
I always hear when people in distressed situation, they are asked to" calm down, breath "! Now I know WHY ! Another great vedio! Thank you! Now I am taking my dog for a 20 minutes walk, enjoying the sun light and start my day! 🤣
Lab Essentials are a great resource. I appreciate the focused information in less time.
