@ganrimmonim

A lot of these numbers seem rather suspect

@mindrolling24

Obesity has long been a symbol of wealth, status and thus desirability in many South Pacific nations. With the arrival of calorie dense (but nutritionally empty) foods from the West, obesity has become a widespread health issue and many nations are actively pursuing healthier guidelines for their people.

@riquepr

U.S. at 41% is unbelievable. I think is way more.

@donbowerman8894

For those countries under 10%, malnutrition is far more of a health risk than obesity. Life expectancy is a big factor here. As we age, we tend to be more sedentary causing obesity. Many countries with a low percentage have a shorter life expectancy.

Nord Korea?😅😅😅😅😅 Tam tylko Kim jest gruby😅😅😅

@w2385-i2s

That's why U.S. top selling vehicles are SUV.

@Маша74

@nak4651

The last 10 to 15 countries are all Pacific Islanders which by their body type and diet are prone to obesity

@TimoDyer

Fast food, fried food, oily food, high sugar food and drink, with alcohol combined makes - obesity

@Iaz_wozdam

@Maria-y7f7q

@Turandot29

U.S. obesity may be about 41 % but if you combine BOTH obesity and overweight in U.S. adults it is about 66%. Disgraceful.

@kamolhengkiatisak1527

India has 5% obese but it has 1.5 billion population, so it has 75 million obese. No wonder I has watched a report of obese crisis in India before. In reverse, countries having low percentage of obese often also have high percentage of malnutrition people as well.

@JD37MAN

When I used to live in Oz back in the 90s and came back home in 2000 I was surprised to see so many shapely girls in the streets of my hometown located in Poland. Things must have changed over the past 25 years since Poland is now listed higher than Australia.

@litteisaaclovespaige5938

I'm a New Zealander/Kiwi, almost 33% out of a population of 5 million are considered obese, that's a disgrace

@ericcccccable

France is impressive for a wealthy country. The French take care of themselves. This is why they also have a very high life expectancy. And the Americans have a big problem...

@hugo-l8q8r

@Dominique-i7k
