وَٱلضُّحَىٰ ١ وَٱلَّيْلِ إِذَا سَجَىٰ ٢ مَا وَدَّعَكَ رَبُّكَ وَمَا قَلَىٰ ٣ وَلَلْـَٔاخِرَةُ خَيْرٌۭ لَّكَ مِنَ ٱلْأُولَىٰ ٤ وَلَسَوْفَ يُعْطِيكَ رَبُّكَ فَتَرْضَىٰٓ ٥ أَلَمْ يَجِدْكَ يَتِيمًۭا فَـَٔاوَىٰ ٦ وَوَجَدَكَ ضَآلًّۭا فَهَدَىٰ ٧ وَوَجَدَكَ عَآئِلًۭا فَأَغْنَىٰ ٨ فَأَمَّا ٱلْيَتِيمَ فَلَا تَقْهَرْ ٩ وَأَمَّا ٱلسَّآئِلَ فَلَا تَنْهَرْ ١٠ وَأَمَّا بِنِعْمَةِ رَبِّكَ فَحَدِّثْ ١١ Wad-duhaa Wal-laiy-li i-zaa sa-jaa Ma wad-da 'a-ka rab-buka wa ma qa-laa Wa-lal-aa-khi-ratu khaiy-rul-laka mi-nal-oo-la Wa la saw-fa y'u-tee-ka rab-buka fa-tar-da A-lam ya-jid-ka ya-tee-man fa aa-waa Wa wa jadaka daaal-lan fa-ha-daa Wa wa jadaka 'aaa-i-lan fa agh-naa Fa am-mal ya-tee-ma fala taq-har Wa am-mas-saaa-i-la fa-la tan-har Wa am-ma bi-ni'-mati rab-bika fa-had-dith 1 By glorious morning light; 2 and by the night when it darkens, 3 your Lord has not forsaken you, nor is He displeased with you, 4 and the Hereafter will indeed be better for you than the present life; 5 soon you will be gratified with what your Lord will give you. 6 Did He not find you orphaned and shelter you? 7 Did He not find you wandering, and give you guidance? 8 Did He not find you in want, and make you free from want? 9 Therefore do not treat the orphan with harshness, 10 and do not chide the one who asks for help; 11 but proclaim the blessings of your Lord.
