As a Canadian 🇨🇦 I think my favourite response PM Carney gave to tRump was that he has spoken to the “owners of Canada “ while campaigning and we will never ever become the 51st state . I think that was a subtle jab that he works for Canadians !

Putting it in perspective: I am Canadian and work for a very large Canadian corporation. We were sent an email a few weeks ago: if we have to travel outside of North America for our own safety, how to ensure we are not mistaken for an American!!! We were advised to wear maple leaf pins, luggage tags with flags etc.
