Just a note: Even if the police are aware of what SWATting is, they are legally required to respond as if every call is an actual emergency. That makes the problem many times worse since now you realize that swatting is an ABSOLUTE, it will ALWAYS end in a police response.

the problem is, most of the r63 creators post their content to the appropriate sites it's the wider Roblox community that's taking advantage of r63 to lure in presumably teens to exploit for profit and most likely worse SHoizz is a good example of a responsible creator, they post their content on twitter/X and in their Discord Server and SFW versions on YouTube (these are mmainly shitposts or memes)
