Cashew is my favourite nut as well, I was surprised when I heard him say 'Kaju' because in India we too call it Kaju in our Hindi language.
It was fascinating.

I live in Cordoba, Andalucia. We have many kinds of sweets but my favourite are two of them. The number one is "turrolate", it is a mix of chocolate, sugar, flour, almond, cinnamon, kinds of essences,... it tastes really well. The another one is "pan de higos", it is a mix of fig, chocolate, differents kinfs of alcohol, almond, sugar,... it is delicious. I recomend this two sweets to everyone that i know.

In Indonesia, we have Wajik. Wajik is a Sundanese traditional sweet. It's made from sticky rice mix with melted palm sugar. It looks brown because of the palm sugar and I'm really into it. 😋

@marioluiscarbajofabra

In Spain we say: "a caballo regalado no le mires el diente" (Don't look a gift horse in the mouth), what it has a similar meaning that " beggars can'tbe choosers"

@kelmiswilsoncastaneda303

I would like to share a similar expression for Beggars can't be choosers to Ethan in Spanish which is my mother tongue, inasmuch as I know that his is also learning Spanish. In my language we say A caballo regalado no se le mira el colmillo (To a horse given as a gift we don't see its fangs) I know that this was a silly and literal translation though I just wanted to give him that well-known expression among Latinos.
