Siegwinne low hydro app might be good for furina to do forward vaporise with hydro resonance in the team. For example, furina siegwinne kazuha/sucrose hu tao/klee.

the Marechausee hunter set is bis for DPSs in Furina teams because most dps focus on Crit will need to balance Crit, Edmg bonus and other stats. She gives a lot of edmg bonus so artifacts can focus on crit and hp or atk.

About healing timing, I'd say it doesn't matter too much since in rotation 2 you'll heal more if you used healer right after Furina. The difference is only for rotation 1 imo
