Actually when migraine headache starts you feel like as if you're dying out of pain its so painful I can't even explain in words thats the worst thing I ever had, but now I have overcome mine because  I used to walk in garderns and parks and then have decreased my screen time stop studying for 1 week no work just relaxing mind and going at the places where i can feel better and then medicines were one of the reasons also

I have migraine issue since years. What happened was that when i was pregnant i couldn't have medicine's for pain so my doctor told me to sleep on time and everyday sleep on the same time don't change it that is sleeping pattern should be same. Decrease your screen time and eat healthy no junk especially momos,chowmein etc. Drink more water. I did everything he said and trust me i had fewer headaches and gradually no headaches during pregnancy. Now again after delivery my sleep pattern has changed and have started eating everything and again my migraine is back. So i believe it all depends on your lifestyle.

My sister was in tears because she was having one of her migraines and I tried this with a few adjustments because I don’t  a hard edge bed and she felt relief instantly and fell asleep in less than 10 mins.

this is a great way to increase migraine pain. tbh, the only way to really remove a migraine is with medicine. tension headaches can go away with this. i don’t recommend this method unless you are positive that it’s only a tension headache and not a migraine.

Thankyou for telling me to avoid  the medicines my mom always ate medicines when she had an headache like she usually eats medicine and she often has headache. This made my mom feel comfortable and good thank u😊
