You are right- the eyes, the movement, and the body shape! All they added was these spikes. Edit: I think the original is better anyway. They should look for new animals. Why can't they do something like- insects. Ants, bees, butterflies, moths, worms, etc. That would be different! They can also add swimming lands and animals. They have so many other things they can do!

with so many animal avatars already available, it would be the perfect time for Animal Jam to bring to light less conventional creatures like some large arthropods or maybe some more extinct animals, but they really chose to put spikes on a python and call it a day.

I have the python so I see no reason to buy the viper, but the viper has a better design so more people are going to buy it. This also could mean since the python doesn't look as good it may never come back for a while. Honestly none of this really matter to me cause it's a kids game

in my opinion i guess because we dont know when the python will come back ( sadly i didnt had the chance to own one but i prefer the viper more than the python because looks more clean for a snake design ) but tbh the viper looks a bit much better than python so i see it as mostly remodel update and well im sure they will add more snake species in the future . mostly when it comes to remodeling they def need to do it with the grizzly bear and many more other animals . also for the viper on ajpw of the spikes behind it there is actually a viper that has some small spikes aswell Atheris hispida ( the viper with the kinda spikey body)

I think Vipers are cute and have better pattern options, But my biggest complaint is the mimic animations. I own 2 Pythons and the amount of disappointment is just wow. I agree when you say re releasing the Python is kinda pointless now. But IF Aj updates the Vipers with better animations I think itd make the community happier.

This is so sad.. animal jam HQ COULD HAVE done something great, just like they did with the Komodo Dragon and the crocodile.. I am so dissatisfied. What are they gonna do next? Copy and paste the crocodile and call it an alligator?

it is a bit disappointing, but the viper is just the cuter python. bigger eyes, cuter patterns, and while the animations are the same, i dont mind too much. all i really use is the sit anyways- and one of my main animals is now a viper, my cute little construction snek :3 a lot of people missed the python anyways, and theres a huge lack of cool reptiles in the game. while the cats and dogs phase sucked, i wouldnt be mad if they gave us a buncha different kinds of snakes.. i may or may not be hoarding cool animals... I actually prefer the viper to the python, and itd make more sense for a reskin to be a series, if its meant to be a whole new animal. we saw that with the cats and dogs. but while i love a good snake, yeah maybe they should spend their time on cooler things.. like other reptiles, maybe even bugs, or other things!

Another amazing video! I get so excited when I see a new video on leanom’s channel. I am one of those people who didn’t buy the python I wouldn’t say I wanted one but now that the vipers are here I guess I will have one… Haha
